Job Description As a Security Officer Front Desk Driver in Visalia, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer at a retail location, you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor entry activity, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while helping to maintain an inviting environment. A valid driver’s license is required. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.57 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Mon03:30 PM - 12:00 AM Tue03:30 PM - 12:00 AM Wed03:30 PM - 12:00 AM Sat03:30 PM - 12:00 AM Sun03:30 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities at a retail location. Greet and screen visitors, verify access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and access records. Monitor front desk activity, cameras, alarms, and communications systems, reporting unusual activity and escalating concerns according to site procedures. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and emergency services when needed. Support a professional front-desk environment by answering phones, directing visitors, and providing clear information regarding site access requirements. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located. A guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
