Program Manager

NIKA is hiring for a Program/Project Manager who will provide project management support to our DHA FE Planning and Policy Support program. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Lead, facilitate, guide, and oversee analysis and planning on DHA FE policies, guidance, and instructions within DHA FE Represent and advocate program requirements in support of senior executives and support various medical programs for installations worldwide Standardize business approach and project delivery methods in an attempt to minimize overhead and shorten/standardize acquisition and execution Facilitate multi-discipline input and proactively recycle best practices back into senior executives, organizations, contracting agents, and industry partners Assist to resolve issues, as necessary Work to assure efficient program and project execution by maintaining information flow among all parties Assist in the development of program presentations Provide recommendations on policy and implementation, as needed Create/communicate relevant solutions to complex problems through thoughtful and sometimes complex analysis Engagement manager and owner of client relationships, responsible for all aspects of program performance Make creative advances that impact client performance, offering conceptual breakthroughs and thought leadership Recognized as industry expert, offering insight to clients and colleagues Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree Must posses one or more certifications in Agile, PMP, CAPM, etc. from the Program Management Institute or other industry standard accredited program Ability to obtain and maintain a Clearance Access Card (CAC) U.S. Citizenship required NIKA provides equal employment opportunity to all individuals regardless of their race, color, creed, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by state, federal, or local law.
