Program Manager

We're looking for a Program Manager who enjoys leading people, building relationships, solving problems, and making a real difference in the community. In this role, you'll oversee Club Compass, support Camp Compass, coach Site Coordinators, strengthen program operations, and help ensure every student has a positive, high-quality experience. Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will also be considered.
