Overview Position purpose/summary: The IT operations support for distribution centers in Moreno Valley, CA. The role requires a self-starter, goal oriented, able to work independently, and on-call availability to respond to operational needs for the DC. Timely response is required for 24x7 shipping operations. This role coordinates helpdesk requests for the DC, including account management, hardware support (networking, servers, printers, mobile devices) and troubleshooting. The position also requires system documentation, hardware inventory, and adherence to IT policies and procedures in the DCs. It involves working under safety guidelines and taking daily direction from leadership while understanding the role's impact on other departments and daily goals and objectives, with potential progression opportunities. Responsibilities Coordinate and provide IT operational support for distribution centers (Moreno Valley, CA). Provide on-call support to respond to DC operational needs; ensure timely responses for 24x7 operations. Coordinate helpdesk requests for the DC, including account management, hardware support (networking, servers, printers, mobile devices), and troubleshooting. Develop system documentation and maintain hardware inventory; uphold IT policies and procedures in the DC. Align with safety guidelines and work under direction from leadership; understand cross-department impact. Compensation $33.32 - $45.00 The salary range posted reflects the estimated minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in Moreno Valley, California.
