See how we're building tomorrow's solutions, together.About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on professional to join our team as a Warehouse Technician, responsible for supporting day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, tracking, preparing, and shipping inventory. This role is critical in maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring warehouse organization and cleanliness, and supporting operational and technical requirements in a fast-paced, adaptive environment.This role reports to the Warehouse and Equipment Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and process incoming shipments from vendors, distribution centers, and client locationsPrepare, pack, and ship outgoing orders to customers and internal sites, ensuring accuracy and timelinessMaintain accurate inventory records within the inventory management system, including serialization and auditsOrganize warehouse stock by designated locations and maintain clear labeling standardsPerform regular inventory audits and reconcile physical inventory with system recordsAssemble and prepare customer kits or equipment packages according to documented requirementsSupport imaging, factory resets, secure erasing, and basic configuration of devices when requiredMaintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization in accordance with company standardsAssist with product setup, documentation, and identification (e.g., product images and descriptions)Coordinate with internal teams to support operational, logistics, and technical requirementsFollow all health, safety, and security procedures while handling equipment and materialsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or logistics training is an assetPrevious experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory-related role preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to lift, move, and handle warehouse equipment safelyBasic computer proficiency and ability to work with inventory management systemsStrong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasksClear communication skills and a team-oriented mindsetExperience with asset tracking, device serialization, or IT-related equipment handlingFamiliarity with shipping carriers, packing standards, and inventory auditsExperience working in a fast-paced or multi-site warehouse environmentNice-to-have:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset.Ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities simultaneously.Why Quadbridge:• Grow With Us – Take advantage of ongoing professional training and development opportunities.• Comprehensive Coverage – A complete health, dental, life, STD and LTD insurance plan• Top-Tier Equipment – We provide everything you need to do your best work.• A Vibrant Workplace – Join us for monthly social and team building events.• Bring Your Best Friend – Our offices are pet-friendly!Work Schedule:Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Full-time, permanent, In-officeSalary Range:$40,000 USD per year, plus annual bonusHow to Apply:Please apply directly through our job postings on LinkedIn or Indeed.Application deadline: June 20th, 2026This posting is for an existing vacancyQuadbridge is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will be considered in a fair and inclusive manner.
