Location: Houston, TX

Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 11 PM - 7 AM | Overtime when needed

What It Takes

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1 year of warehouse/production/or mail sorting experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to read ZIP codes, labels, and follow dispatch schedules
• Basic mechanical aptitude (for clearing jams / minor troubleshooting)
• Reliable attendance and ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed
• Sort and prepare outgoing mail by ZIP code, route, and USPS specifications
• Verify postage, barcodes, dates, and overall mail quality before processing
• Match mail trays and bins to correct machine outputs and dispatch routes
• Monitor and maintain mail sorting equipment; clear jams and troubleshoot minor issues
• Ensure all mail is staged and ready for dispatch based on truck departure schedules
• Load, organize, and prepare mail for outbound shipments
• Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with USPS regulations and company standards
• Assist with inbound/outbound mail handling and general warehouse duties
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
