These responsibilities include a level of engagement and ownership in the areas of scheduling, financial forecasting, and operational planning and execution, while also helping to mitigate risk, all in support of field operations.Role and Responsibilities:Contract management functions: Reviews design, contract and bid documents, bid analysis, reviews subcontracts and material contracts, permit processingCommunication functions: Conducts regular meetings with clients, subcontractors, vendors and key stakeholders to ensure clarity under the supervision of the Project ManagerFinancial Management functions: Oversees project budget, maintains budgets and makes changes accordingly, monitors performance and analysis of cost and budget, shares information collaboratively with operations teamOperational Planning and Execution functions: Provides technical support to operations team, constructability reviews, offers technical information to the project team to ensure work complies with applicable codes, drawings and specifications, assists in pre-planning functions of the projectScheduling functions: Oversees construction progress and schedule, collaborates with operations, subcontractors, vendors and clients to ensure clarity of overall project progressLeadership functions: Delegates applicable tasks to team members according to their individual skill sets, experience and capabilitiesCompliance functions: Assists with inspection and documentation of all work to assure compliance with plans, specifications and applicable regulationsQualificationsA minimum of 2 years' experience in construction or bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or Construction ManagementStrong communication skills both written and oralMust have a positive attitude and possess excellent motivations skillsTime management, multitasking, and prioritization are crucialPossess high attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepanciesCompetent in the use of computer software applications used for project control and administration, including Microsoft Applications and OutlookKnowledgeable in Primavera preferredMust have a valid Driver's LicenseWorking ConditionsLocation – This project is located in Hyrum, Utah. Subsequent projects will be nationally based.Travel – This role will be expected to travel to project locations and regional officesConstruction site environment – physical ability to stand, walk, crawl, bend, reach and climb.
