As a Personal Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Providing companionship and emotional support to residents.
- Monitoring residents’ safety and reporting any changes in their condition to the appropriate team members.
- Helping to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Supporting residents in maintaining their independence while respecting their dignity and individuality.

We’re seeking individuals who are compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to providing exceptional care. While no prior experience is required, here are the qualities and skills that will help you succeed in this role:
