5+ years of experience with a consulting/brokerage firm

A bachelors degree

A California Life & Health license

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Exceptional communication & presentation skills

Confident in your opinions & ideas while staying collaborative and open-minded

Strong relationship-building skills-clients trust you, and teammates love working with you

Master multitasker who thrives in fast-paced environments with competing priorities

Natural problem-solver who anticipates issues before they arise
