Tax Manager OpportunityA dynamic CPA firm in Southern California is seeking a Tax Manager to join their team. This role is based outside of Del Mar and would be a mostly remote role for candidates anywhere in California. The role involves a variety of tax responsibilities, from preparation and review to strategic planning.Salary: Up to 130K DOEResponsibilitiesManage and review corporate tax returns, ensuring accuracy and complianceLead tax engagements and oversee delivery from planning through completionProvide strategic tax planning and advisory services to clientsResearch complex tax issues and communicate recommendations clearlyServe as primary client contact for tax matters and relationship managementSupervise and mentor junior staff, ensuring quality and developmentStay current on tax law changes and advise on business impactCollaborate with leadership to improve processes and client serviceQualificationsMUST reside in the state of California - this role is only open to remote within CABachelor's degree in AccountingCPA or EA license required4+ years of public accounting experience
