Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Benefits:

Full Time-$105,000-Annual Salary

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Role :

• Provide direct BCBA supervision and oversight

• Deliver high-quality parent training

• Support, train, and guide behavior technicians

• Play a key role in launching POPS services in a new area

• Help build connections with referral sources such as pediatricians and community partners

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

• Comfort working independently and as part of a team

• Interest in outreach and developing community relationships
