Registered Nurse (RN) Homecare Supervisor

Overview RN Homecare Supervisor — Part Time, Manchester, NH. Interim HealthCare is seeking a Registered Nurse Homecare Supervisor based out of our Manchester office. The RN will cover Manchester with travel to surrounding areas. The position is 40 hours weekly with flexibility in scheduling. There is a balanced mix of office time and patient home visits. Responsibilities Supervise home health activities for patients in the Manchester area and surrounding regions. Coordinate patient care plans, collaborate with clinical teams, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Travel to patient homes and community locations as needed. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for supervision activities.
