Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Role: Performs diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures, producing high-quality images for interpretation. Responsibilities: Maintains and operates imaging cameras, positions patients, prepares and administers radiopharmaceuticals following safety protocols, ensures prompt submission of images, reports equipment issues, and maintains department cleanliness. Ensures compliance with radiation safety guidelines and accurately documents all procedures. Qualifications & Skills: Completion of a Nuclear Medicine Technology program. Certifications such as CNMT, ARRT‑N, or IEMA radiologic technologist license are required. No prior experience necessary. Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and maneuver patients and equipment is essential. Good vision, hearing, and attention to safety are needed. Key Duties: Operate imaging equipment, administer radiopharmaceuticals, ensure image quality, follow safety procedures, maintain equipment, and collaborate with healthcare team.
