Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery

Join our team as a full-time, evening shift Labor and Delivery Charge Registered Nurse responsible for overseeing shift operations and ensuring high-quality patient care. As a Charge RN , you will serve as a liaison to management, provide clinical support, assign patients each shift, mentor new staff, and participate in performance reviews. Key duties include assessing patient and family needs, developing and revising care plans, delegating tasks to optimize outcomes, and maintaining compliance with the Kansas Nurse Practice Act. Qualifications include a 2-year degree , current Kansas RN licensure , and BLS certification within 14 days of hire. ACLS certification is required for the specific unit. Preference is given to those with a 4-year degree and relevant experience.
