Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Operating Room position requiring at least 2 years of specialty experience and expertise across multiple surgical specialties.

Details

• Work in the Surgery department of a hospital setting
• Operating Room unit covering multiple surgical specialties including robotics, neuro, ortho, plastics, and gyn
• 12-hour night shifts from 7pm-7am
• 3 shifts per week for a 13-week assignment
• No on-call responsibilities
• Coverage period falls within the holiday season

Requirements

• Active RN license (GA or Compact) currently in hand
• Current AHA BLS certification required
• AHA ACLS certification preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Operating Room specialty

Additional Information

• Provide perioperative nursing care across a variety of surgical specialties
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible
• Returning staff who previously worked permanently at the facility must have a 2-year break before returning as a traveler
• Holiday coverage required during the assignment period
