Marbled & Fin is seeking collaborative and detail-driven Server Assistants to join our team!
About Us: Located in downtown Charleston, Marbled & Fin is proudly operated by The Neighborhood Dining Group (Husk, Delaney Oyster House, Minero, The James). Our restaurant showcases sleek, modern interiors and a progressive, refined menu all set against a celebratory and lively backdrop that redefines traditional steakhouse dining. We emphasize exceptional service, guest connection, and creating memorable dining experiences.
Who We're Looking For: We're looking for a Server Assistant to support our front-of-house team and help create a seamless, elevated guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Support Servers by clearing, resetting, and maintaining clean, organized tables
- Assist in delivering food and beverage orders with professionalism and care
- Keep service areas stocked, clean, and guest-ready
- Anticipate guest needs and provide warm, genuine hospitality at every turn
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
What You'll Bring:

- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience in a fine dining restaurant
