Registered Nurse (RN)Almost Family, LLC is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Bend team to serve our Central Oregon clients. We provide in-home care services to seniors and individuals with physical, intellectual, and developmental disabilities.Position DetailsOffice Location: 698 NW York Dr, Bend, OR 97703Schedule: Part-time or Full-time, 20-35 hours per weekPay: $39.51-43.10 per hourSchedule: FlexibleWhat You'll DoConduct 30 and 90-day Quality Monitoring Visits (QMVs) for clients receiving medication services.Provide medication training and orientation to caregivers and clients as appropriate.Maintain and update Medication Administration Records (MARs).Update and maintain care plans and Quality Monitoring Visit documentation.Complete documentation and updates using Google Drive and electronic systems.Collaborate with the care team to ensure clients receive safe, consistent, and high-quality care.Identify and communicate changes in client needs or medication-related concerns.What We're Looking ForCurrent, valid RN license in Oregon.Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work independently.Comfortable working as part of a collaborative care team.Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Central Oregon.Why Join Almost Family?Competitive pay: $39.51-43.10/hourFlexible part-time or full time schedule20-35 hours per weekBenefits: Life InsuranceMeaningful work supporting seniors and individuals with disabilities in their homesSupportive, team-oriented work environmentAbout Almost Family, LLCAlmost Family, LLC is dedicated to providing personalized, compassionate care that helps individuals remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
