PDS Tech Commercial has teamed up with a top innovator in robotics, warehouse automation, and logistics tech. We’re seeking detail-focused people who want to help robots learn by doing.
Quick facts- Location: South San Francisco, CA (Oyster Point)
- Pay rate: $23/hour
- Schedule: 1st shift, 8:30am–5:00pm (30-minute lunch)
- Use wearable robotic gloves to fold, sort, organize, and handle products.
- Repeat core motions with consistency to generate high-quality training inputs for AI and robotics.
- Adhere to precise, written work instructions and standardized procedures.
- Call out and document any process issues or inconsistencies.
- Keep your area clean, organized, and safe.
- Coordinate with robotics and engineering teams on AI training projects.
- You can perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency.
- You’re comfortable following structured processes and detailed instructions.
- You show up on time and can be counted on.
- You stay active, focused, and productive for a full shift.
- You can stand for long periods and perform repetitive hand/arm movements.
- You can safely lift and move materials as needed.
- Warehouse or fulfillment environments

- Retail or stocking roles
