Job Description

Work Schedule: 1st shift; 8AM – 5PM (flexible): Hybrid - Monday & Friday at home, Tues – Thurs onsite

JOB DESCRIPTION:

UKG Configurator

Payroll and timekeeping from a payroll perspective

Roll out of the UGK Pro application which is their new timekeeping system

Interacting with other configurators and developers on the team

Team size is approx. 8 people

Typical Day in the Role

Meeting twice a week

Pick up where you left off from the day before

Assigned different user stories that they will be in charge of testing and configurating

Login to Jira (ticket system/user stories) go through these and configure the lower environment based on what is in the user story, review it, look at it as a team

Chance for an extension – yes extended and possibility to go direct

Working on big global project

Working with multiple countries

Fast pace and exciting

Candidate Requirements:

Education – Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
UKG must have 3-5 years of experience (Ultimate Kronos Group)
Product is UKG Pro WFM (work force management)
Configure the system according to the user stories
Strong analytic skills – be able to think through things

Top 3 must-have hard skills

UKG absolute must have 3-5 years of experience (Ultimate Kronos Group)
UKG workforce central experience aka Kronos
UKG workforce manager aka UKG Pro
