Base Pay: $13.00–$18.00/hour based on experience Plus, you can earn additional money through shift differentials! Start at $15/hour and see how much you could earn: Weekday Regular Shift: $15/hour Weekend Shift: $17/hour Weekday ER Shift: $17/hour Weekend ER Shift: $19/hour Weekday Angel Visit Shift (2.5 hours or less): $18/hour Weekend Angel Visit Shift (2.5 hours or less): $21/hour! Other ways to earn: $1,000 Sign-On Bonus Monthly, quarterly & annual performance bonuses Referral bonuses of up to $1,000 per hire No Experience? No Problem! You don't need years of experience to become a CAREgiver. We provide paid orientation and comprehensive training through our Caregiver Development Program. You'll receive hands-on training, ongoing education, and additional training in areas such as dementia and palliative care so you feel confident providing exceptional care. Become a Mentor Experienced CAREgivers can participate in our 6-week mentoring program , where they support and guide new team members. What We're Looking For We're looking for individuals who are: Reliable and dependable Compassionate, patient, and caring Passionate about helping others Able to provide reliable transportation Able to provide a valid driver's license or state ID Ready to help seniors remain safely at home What You'll Do As a Visiting Angels CAREgiver, you'll provide compassionate, non-medical care, including: Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily activities Companionship and emotional support Light housekeeping and meal preparation Errands and appointment assistance Medication reminders Dementia and Alzheimer's care Helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life Flexible Scheduling That Works for YOU!
