What You’ll Do Process Orders: Efficiently process customer orders received through various channels. Accuracy Review: Review paperwork associated with orders for accuracy and completeness. Follow up promptly on any discrepancies or missing information. Warehouse Collaboration: Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Collaborate on inventory status, product availability, and any special requirements for cold storage. Manage heavy email and phone call volume professionally and efficiently. Follow up with internal and external customers in a timely manner. Audit and Discrepancy Resolution: Regularly audit system and/or reports to identify and address any discrepancies. Take corrective actions to maintain order accuracy and customer satisfaction. Work effectively as part of a team and independently as needed. What You Bring to the Pak Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience. Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft programs (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word). Possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment with accuracy and attention to detail.
