What the role looks like day-to-day Managing transaction processes from inception through closing, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents. Leading due diligence workstreams and coordinating specialist teams across employment, tax, real estate, regulatory, and other practice areas. Advising clients on corporate governance, financing structures, and strategic business initiatives. Supporting debt and equity financing transactions, including lender-side and borrower-side matters. Taking an active role in client communications, helping to drive deals forward and providing practical, commercial solutions to complex legal issues. Working directly with entrepreneurial businesses, private equity sponsors, financial institutions, and established corporates across a range of industries. About you You will have: Admitted to the Massachusetts Bar. Experienced in corporate transactions, commercial finance, and debt and equity capital markets matters. Confident managing multiple transactions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable taking ownership of workstreams and driving matters forward with appropriate supervision. A strong communicator with excellent drafting, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Commercially aware, solution-oriented, and focused on delivering high-quality client service.
