We're seeking a Records Coordinator to join our growing team to train with the current records coordinator. This is a temporary position for 90 days to learn the job, and if completed successfully, may be changed to a permanent position at the end of the temporary period.

How you'll make us better:

Welcomes new patients and obtains orthodontic records. Responsible for maintaining an on time patient workflow. Provides direction in terms of following schedule or seeing the next available patient.

• Greets new patients and family members
• Familiarizes new patients and family with clinic layout
• Captures X-rays, photographs and scans
• Relays new patient information to treatment coordinator(s) and doctors
• Coordinates clinical records requests
• Manages patient treatment flow and scheduling
• Dependable with attendance work schedule and collaborate with front admin team members.
• Submit lab prescriptions for Align and DibsAI, take impressions for expanders and PH1 IDB trays and modified retainers
• Maintains strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations
• Performs after care communication
• May clean, sterilize, and prepare the equipment
• May cross train to support multiple roles within the clinic

Prerequisites for success:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous orthodontic clinical experience preferred
• Bilingual a plus, but not required
