Respiratory Therapist - Travel Contract

Location

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

7:00 AM - 6:30 PM, with rotating weekends.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist for a travel contract position. The ideal candidate will have ICU experience, with a preference for CVICU experience. The therapist will be responsible for various procedures including ABG, ventilator management, nitric management, bronchoscopy, intubation assistance, nebulization, and HFNC.

Responsibilities

Manage and monitor patients on ventilators.
Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis.
Administer nitric oxide therapy.
Assist with bronchoscopy and intubation procedures.
Deliver nebulization treatments and high-flow nasal cannula therapy.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Current CRT or RRT certification.
ACLS and BLS certifications required.
ICU experience is mandatory; CVICU experience preferred.
Experience with equipment such as V60, Hamilton C1, PB40, and others.
