QUALIFICATIONS

Valid driver's license Experience in civil construction is preferred. We're looking for a hardworking team player who isn't afraid to get involved, learn, and contribute to every stage of the job.

SCHEDULE:

WHAT TO EXPECT AS AN EARTHWORK GRADING SPECIALIST

In this position, you'll support the crew by performing hands‑on earthwork tasks, checking grades with precision, and operating small equipment to keep projects moving efficiently. Each day brings a mix of physical labor, teamwork, and on‑site problem‑solving as you help prepare and shape the ground for critical utility and construction projects.
