Certified Medication Technician (CMT)/ Certified Medication Assistant (CMA) Qualifications:

Certified in NJ as a Medication Technical/ Medication Assistant (CMT/ CMA)
Experience working in an LTC/ nursing facility
Motivated, driven, enthusiastic, go-getter
Kind, dependable, and team-focused
Passionate about elder care

What You'll Do:

Administer medications with accuracy and empathy
Monitor resident health and communicate changes
Partner with nursing staff to support wellness
Engage with compassion and positivity
Take initiative in your career growth!
