Certified Medication Technician (CMT)/ Certified Medication Assistant (CMA) Qualifications:
- Certified in NJ as a Medication Technical/ Medication Assistant (CMT/ CMA)
- Experience working in an LTC/ nursing facility
- Motivated, driven, enthusiastic, go-getter
- Kind, dependable, and team-focused
- Passionate about elder care
What You'll Do:
- Administer medications with accuracy and empathy
- Monitor resident health and communicate changes
- Partner with nursing staff to support wellness
- Engage with compassion and positivity
- Take initiative in your career growth!
