Charge Nurse - Mother-Baby Unit

Piedmont Healthcare

Columbus, GA

As a Charge Nurse - Mother Baby at Piedmont Healthcare, you will coordinate clinical and operational activities on the mother-baby unit, ensuring safe, evidence-based postpartum care for mothers and newborns. You will oversee daily staffing, mentor and support nursing staff, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. This role includes monitoring quality metrics, assisting with complex patient care, and promoting a patient-centered, family-focused environment.
