Protopia AI is hiring a Sr. Marketing Manager with a strong background in Generative AI and Enterprise software. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation for our innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy and Planning – Digital and Event:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and target market needs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in Generative AI, Data Governance, and Data Security to inform marketing plans.
• Coordinate with event organizers and partner marketing to manage Protopia's presence at events (digital and in-person)

• Campaign and CRM Management:
• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive customer engagement.
• Utilize a variety of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, paid advertising, and content marketing.
• Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality.
• Own the CRM tools to nurture leads through the customer acquisition process.

• Performance Measurement and Optimization:
• Define and track key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Use data analytics to optimize marketing strategies and tactics for better results.

• Analytics and Reporting:
• Define and track key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
• Use data analytics to optimize marketing strategies and tactics for better results.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on campaign performance and ROI.

• Social Media Management:
• Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
• Monitor social media trends and conversations to identify opportunities for engagement and content creation

• PR:
• Use the messaging framework and persona guide and input from content/leadership team develop a PR strategy for building up thought leadership via founder and company.
• Collaborate/Coordinate with podcasts, media, publications, event panels/breakout sessions.

• Web Marketing:
• Coordinate with web designer/contractor, web development consultant and internal stakeholders to produce and launch a new version of the Protopia website. Support by recommending talent where needed.
• Ensure all website content is up-to-date, on-brand, and effectively communicates Protopia's value propositions.
• Oversee the project timeline, ensuring milestones are met and the website is launched on schedule.
• Work with the development team to conduct thorough testing before the website goes live, ensuring a seamless user experience and optimal performance.

Required

• A successful candidate will bring 4 years of experience and possess the following skills:
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in the Generative AI, Data Governance, or Data Security space.
• Experience driving impactful marketing programs to enterprise technology buyers in data, security.
• Experience with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools, Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Hootsuite).
• Hands on experience with building and using dashboards to report and measure marketing performance
• Experience with managing external vendors to execute on campaigns
