Veterinary Receptionist - Hopewell Junction, NY East Fishkill Animal Hospital is Hiring a Veterinary Receptionist! Role: Veterinary Receptionist Status: Part-time Salary: $16.50 – $17.50 per hour Schedule: 8 am–6 pm, two business days a week except for Wednesdays which we are closed. East Fishkill Animal Hospital is looking for an established veterinary receptionist to add to our team of compassionate professionals who aim to provide high-quality veterinary care. Duties include: Assisting clients in person, over the phone, and via email by scheduling appointments and answering questions. Making sure to carefully follow practice policies and procedures designed to WOW pet parents with our high-quality and compassionate care. Assisting your team members with a variety of general duties, such as helping to keep the reception area neat and tidy, drafting memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents. Sharing your unique gifts and talents with the team by suggesting new ideas or ways we can show how passionate we are about helping pets live long, healthy lives!
