Quality Technician

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Technician role based in Godley, TX. The Quality Technician will perform daily inspections of fabricated components, materials, and assemblies to verify compliance with specifications, drawings, and industry standards. Responsibilities include supporting quality control testing, documenting inspection results, assisting with nonconformance investigations, and collaborating with production teams to resolve quality issues. The role also involves maintaining quality records, participating in internal audits, assisting with calibration and use of measurement tools, and helping implement continuous improvement initiatives across fabrication and field service operations. Qualifications Strong foundation in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to ensure products meet internal and customer requirements. Experience in Quality Auditing and exposure to Quality Management practices to support compliance and continuous improvement. Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend corrective and preventive actions. Familiarity with inspection tools and measurement equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) and reading technical drawings or blueprints. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to accurately document and maintain quality records. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with production and engineering. Prior experience in fabrication. Qualified to perform PT and VT. Understands welding process from fit-up, root and weldout. High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or coursework in quality, manufacturing, or related fields is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
