Pay range: $104,045 - $169,075 / year

Shifts: full-time AM

Job Description

To provide patient-focused pharmacy services including monitoring of therapy, interventions, basic pharmacokinetics, education and medication distribution. To support the mission, activities and programs of the division, department and the Hospital. This position works at the Hematology, Oncology, and Infusion Clinic, which is located at the UAB Spain Rehabilitation Center on the campus of UAB Hospital.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Pharmacy required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement. Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed as a Licensed Pharmacist by the Alabama Board of Pharmacy (ALBOP) required.
