Shift Leader in Training

Job Description Job Responsibilities:
- Making sure employees on shift meet performance expectations.
- Giving instructions or guidance to team members.
- Ensuring that the work environment is safe, secure and healthy.
- Ensuring great customer service at all levels.
- Providing feedback on employee work performance and preparing reports and updates for upper management
- Assisting with inventory and order management.
- Completing other tasks assigned by the store manager
- 1-2 years related management experience.
- Fluent English is required.
- Day shift starts at 10:00 am & Night shift ends at 2:00 am (early morning). Around 8 hours for each shift.
