About the Position

Job Title: RN Medical/Surgical Profession: RN Medical/Surgical Specialty: RN Medical/Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 AM - 07:30 PM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: RN License Certifications: NIH Certification, BLS Must-Have: Telemetry background required (ability to read telemetry). At least 2 years of medical/surgical experience. Experience with EPIC. Travel experience preferred. No artificial or acrylic nails; nails must be kept short (1/4 inch). Description: Requires the ability to float onsite within skill set or to locations within a 40-mile radius, if needed. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. The position requires adaptability to changing environments and patient needs. Team collaboration is crucial for patient care. Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism and patient-centered care. Candidates should have a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and safety. Willingness to work every other weekend and every other holiday is expected. This role is integral to the functioning of the medical/surgical unit. Candidates should possess critical thinking skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
