Customer Service Associate

Piper Companies is seeking a Customer Service Associate for a leading organization in the Durham, North Carolina area. The Customer Service Associate role is an onsite position. The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support across multiple communication channels, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience. Qualifications of the Customer Service Associate: BACHELOR'S DEGREE is required Interest in a customer service Strong verbal and written communication skills across multiple channels. Ability to multitask and manage various customer interactions. Proficiency with customer service software and CRM systems. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
