Travel Respiratory Therapist - NICU

Location

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

7 PM - 7 AM

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Travel Respiratory Therapist with specialized experience in NICU to join our respiratory care department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-year acute care NICU experience, and will be proficient in managing and supporting critical care patients, particularly in pediatric settings.

Responsibilities

Perform airway and ventilator management for NICU patients.
Provide respiratory support to Emergency Department as needed.
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum 1-year current acute care NICU RRT hospital experience.
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP.
Experience in Level III NICU and pediatrics is required.
Preferred: Critical care and PICU experience.
Familiarity with Meditech EMR is preferred.
