Required Qualifications
- 36 months of experience creating reports and analyses using Tableau, Microsoft Access, CognOS, Power BI, or similar business intelligence/reporting tools .
- 36 months of experience querying and analyzing data using PL/SQL, SQL, Python, or similar data analysis/query languages .
- 18 months of experience collaborating with business and system stakeholders to develop robust test plans and test cases for web applications .
- 18 months of experience creating, managing, and executing functional and regression test scripts .
- 18 months of experience performing application testing based on written test scripts; documenting, tracking, and communicating defects using JSM, JIRA, or similar defect-tracking tools .
- 18 months of experience analyzing business requirements documents (BRDs) and collaborating with technical and policy teams to identify requirements gaps, inconsistencies, and potential issues .
- 12 months of help desk or application support experience , including documenting, troubleshooting, and resolving reported software/application issues .
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field .
