This highly respected Intensive Care Unit setting provides the chance to work alongside seasoned professionals employing a variety of evidence-based clinical practices and leadership styles. Schedule/Hours:

• Travel assignment (specific hours provided upon interview)

What You'll Bring:

• Active Registered Nurse License in the state of practice
• At least 1 year of recent (within the last 3 years) full-time ICU experience
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills

Preferred Background:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
• Two (2) years of recent ICU nursing experience
• NIH Stroke Scale Certificate
• CCRN certification
• Experience with Dialysis, SLED, or equivalent

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-acuity care to critically ill patients requiring constant monitoring and intervention
• Implement patient-centric treatment plans, collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status, ensuring timely communication with families and healthcare team members
• Utilize advanced equipment and technology to manage complex cases
• Foster a supportive, safety-focused, and educational environment
