Your Responsibilities:

• Wound Assessment & Treatment – Perform evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Patient & Family Education – Provide guidance on wound care, healing processes, and prevention.
• Collaboration – Work closely with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal care.
• Documentation & Compliance – Maintain accurate records in line with clinical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Active RN or LPN License (Required)
• Experience in Wound Care (Preferred but not required)
• Strong Clinical & Critical Thinking Skills
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Abilities
• A Compassionate, Patient-Centered Approach
