Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Interlink Talent Solutions Associate Attorney – Construction Litigation / Insurance Defense A well-established national law firm with a strong focus on insurance coverage and litigation defense is seeking an Associate Attorney with 4+ years of experience in construction litigation and insurance defense to join its New York office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced litigator to handle high-exposure matters in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage all phases of litigation involving construction-related claims and general insurance defense Draft and argue motions, including dispositive and discovery motions Prepare and take depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and develop strategic case approaches Work closely with clients, claims professionals, and senior attorneys Handle a full caseload independently with support from a team of experienced litigators Qualifications: JD from an accredited law school 4+ years of litigation experience, with a focus on construction and insurance defense Licensed and in good standing to practice law in New York Strong written and oral communication skills Proven ability to manage deadlines and effectively prioritize caseloads Competitive salary expected in the range of $120,000 – $145,000.
