Schedule

• Thursday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Saturday: 1x per month, 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Option to add Tuesday or Wednesday (flexible hours between 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM)

The practice includes 5 dedicated pediatric operatories and an additional 3 orthodontic operatories , creating a collaborative, multi-specialty environment. The clinical team is supported by a strong hygiene model, including a full-time hygienist and expanded function dental assistants (EFDAs) assisting with hygiene, ensuring consistent patient flow and efficiency.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Pediatric Dentist to join the team in a replacement capacity , with the opportunity to grow into additional days over time. This need is driven by a reduction in provider availability, creating strong patient demand and the ability to build a consistent schedule quickly.

The ideal candidate will be compassionate, efficient, and comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced pediatric environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care including preventive, restorative, and behavior management services
• Create a positive, engaging experience for pediatric patients and their families
• Utilize digital imaging and scanning technology to support diagnosis and treatment planning
• Collaborate with orthodontic and general dentistry teams when appropriate
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold high clinical and ethical standards

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Completion of a Pediatric Dentistry residency program
• Active Pennsylvania dental license in good standing
• Strong communication skills with both patients and parents
• Ability to work efficiently in a multi-provider, team-oriented environment
