Korzen Health is seeking a compassionate and experienced Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC) to become part of our expanding outpatient behavioral health clinic in Jackson, Tennessee.

This is a full-time, outpatient-only opportunity featuring a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule. Key Duties

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and support staff to coordinate care
• Educate patients and families regarding mental health conditions and coping strategies
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
• Uphold the highest standards of ethical and professional practice

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Tennessee license as one of the following:
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Experience providing psychotherapy in an outpatient setting preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative care team
