Exciting Opportunity for a Neonatologist at a Level III NICU | Salary Range: $315,000 - $335,000 | Conveniently Located Near Chicago, Madison, and Milwaukee

Position Overview:

• Location: Rockford, Illinois
• Deliver comprehensive medical services to neonates in the Level III NICU, focusing on the diagnosis, treatment, and management of intricate medical issues.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including neonatal nurses, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and various specialists, to create and execute personalized care plans for neonatal patients.
• Engage in quality improvement projects and research aimed at advancing neonatal care practices and outcomes.
• Offer guidance and support to nursing staff and residents during neonatal emergencies and high-risk deliveries.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for patient management.
• Access to extensive multi-specialty referral networks.
• 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

Required Qualifications:

• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Pediatrics.
• MD/DO board certified or board eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine.
• Proven clinical skills in managing critically ill neonates, including expertise in neonatal resuscitation and advanced life support techniques.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to function effectively within a team.
• Preferred experience in a Level III NICU and/or Level I Trauma Center.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range between $315,000 and $335,000.
