You will ensure seamless coordination of events, manage critical communications, and deliver exceptional service to both internal teams and external clients. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is committed to creating memorable experiences for every guest.Who You Are:Service-Oriented Professional: You have a passion for hospitality and consistently deliver outstanding customer service.Detail-Driven Organizer: You excel at managing multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency.Collaborative Team Player: You work well with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.Effective Communicator: You convey information clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats.Adaptable Problem Solver: You remain calm under pressure and find solutions to ensure flawless event execution.What You'll Do:Sales & Marketing CoordinationSupport Sales Managers and the Director of Sales & Marketing with administrative tasks, including contract preparation, documentation, client correspondence, marketing support, and sales coordination.Coordinate administrative tasks and support sales-related activities to ensure efficient operations and exceptional client service.Communication ManagementDraft, review, and distribute correspondence including emails, memos, contracts, and event details to clients and internal teams.Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely communication of updates.Reservation & Client SupportCoordinate guest reservations, special requests, and amenities to guarantee an exceptional experience.Qualify leads, assist clients with group details, and conduct site visits when required.Reporting & AdministrationPrepare regular reports and maintain organized records for events and client interactions.Support operational teams with administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow.Team CollaborationPartner with Operations and Restaurant teams to facilitate successful execution.Act as a liaison between departments to maintain alignment and deliver exceptional service.Other ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate regular and reliable attendance.Attend/complete all mandatory training sessions and meetings.Other duties as assigned.Your Experience Includes:Education:High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.Experience:Minimum 2 years of administrative or clerical experience, preferably in hospitality.Customer service or sales support experience is a plus.Previous exposure to event coordination, catering, or sales departments preferred.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Familiarity with CRM systems or sales platforms such as Delphi, Opera, or Salesforce preferred.Knowledge of event management software and property management systems (PMS) beneficial.Physical Requirements:Ability to sit for extended periods, occasional lifting up to 25 lbs, and mobility between meeting rooms and office areas.Certifications:None required; certification in administrative or office management is a plus.Loews Hotels & Co is an Equal Opportunity Employer that does not discriminate on the basis of actual or perceived race, color, creed, religion, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, age, sex or gender (including pregnancy, childbirth and pregnancy-related conditions), gender identity or expression (including transgender status), sexual orientation, marital status, military service and veteran status, physical or mental disability, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state or local laws and ordinances. #J-18808-Ljbffr Loews Hotels & Co
