Traveling Mechanical Project Manager

Deliver Exceptional Results.We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead large-scale mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout. This individual will be responsible for overall project execution, financial performance, client satisfaction, and team leadership while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably.This is an opportunity to join a well-established and growing mechanical contractor with a strong pipeline of commercial, industrial, and mission-critical construction projects.Key ResponsibilitiesManage mechanical construction projects from project turnover through final completion.Develop and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and overall execution strategies.Lead project teams and collaborate with operations, field leadership, procurement, subcontractors, and clients.Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.Monitor project financials, including forecasting, cost control, profitability, billing, and cash flow.Coordinate material procurement and equipment deliveries to support project schedules.Review and administer contracts, change orders, project documentation, and compliance requirements.Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements and vendor relationships.Track project progress, labor productivity, and resource allocation to ensure successful project outcomes.Review and manage submittals, RFIs, project correspondence, and closeout documentation.Lead project meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders.Ensure projects meet contractual obligations, quality standards, and customer expectations.Support staffing plans and workforce requirements throughout project execution.Oversee project turnover, punch list completion, and final closeout activities.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
