Run the room at one of NYC's most legendary dining institutions.
Carmine's has been feeding Times Square for decades: family-style Italian, huge portions, and a dining room that's loud, packed, and full of life. Locals, tourists, and theatergoers all end up at our tables, and we're looking for an Restaurant Manager who can keep that energy running smoothly night after night.
If you love a full house, stay calm when things get hectic, and get a kick out of building great teams, we want to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Run daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, from open to close
- Hire, train, and coach a team that delivers Carmine's signature hospitality
- Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards with zero shortcuts
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Partner with senior leadership on planning and strategy
- Turn guest concerns into wins, quickly and graciously
What You Bring
- 3+ years managing restaurant operations, ideally in a high-volume setting
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop strong teams
- Clear communication and sharp, in-the-moment problem solving
- A track record of hitting operational and financial targets
- Working knowledge of POS systems and inventory tools
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
