Reentry Health Services Case Manager

State of Maryland

The State of Maryland is hiring for a CSPHS I position at the Dorchester County Health Department. The selected candidate will provide outreach and case management services to individuals recently released from incarceration or currently on parole/probation. Candidates must have high school graduation and one year of experience in a healthcare setting. A preference for candidates with experience with justice-involved individuals is stated.
