Endocrinology locums coverage in Pennsylvania with a predictable weekday clinic schedule and phone based weekend call. Ongoing need for 1 to 2 weeks per month starting in November 2026.

Highlights

• Phone only weekend call, no clinic on weekends
• Ongoing coverage need, 1 to 2 weeks per month
• Manageable call volume, average 10 calls on weeknights and weekends
• Mix of inpatient and outpatient endocrine coverage, adult patients

Practice Setting

• Mix of inpatient and outpatient Endocrinology
• Outpatient volume, 19 patients per day
• Adult patient population only
• Typical work includes reviewing test results, refilling prescriptions, and providing curbside consults when contacted by hospitalists
• Nurses will be on call and triage before escalating to provider on-call

Schedule

• Weekdays include clinic plus call
• Weekend call coverage only, no clinic
• Weekend call is by phone for outpatient and inpatient, L&D only with no rounding, includes management of Geste patients

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Board Certified in Endocrinology
• Pennsylvania license required, will not wait for license
• BLS and ACLS required
