About the Role:

As a Registered Dietician on our team, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting nutrition assessments and developing individualized care plans for patients and residents

• Providing education and counseling on healthy eating habits and nutrition-related topics

• Collaborating with our healthcare team to develop and implement nutrition-related protocols and interventions

• Monitoring and evaluating patient outcomes and making adjustments to care plans as necessary

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and nutrition plans

Registered Dietician Responsibilities:

Registered Dietician Requirements:

• Registered Dietician Certification required

• 1 year of experience as a Registered Dietician

• Minimum 1 year long term care experience required
