Architectural Designer Studio MUKA is a practice comprised of architects and designers based in Los Angeles. The studio’s work consists of ground‑up buildings, interiors, and custom furnishings for private and public spaces. The design approach is founded on three pillars: history, emotion, and innovation. We create narratives around a theme or topic that reflect the sensibilities of the project location and our collaborators. Location & Type Los Angeles, CA, US Full‑time Job Description Studio MUKA is seeking an experienced, motivated, and talented individual to join its growing team in Los Angeles as an Architectural Designer. The role is full‑time and involves working on current architectural and interior projects, collaborating closely with principals to develop overall concepts and bring visions to completion. Candidates should have an architectural background with an interest and brief knowledge of historic architecture, interior design, and furniture. Skills & Experience 3–4+ years in Architecture/Interior Design within a design practice Experience with high‑end residential projects and retail projects Proficiency from concept development through construction drawings Knowledge of 3D modeling and drafting (AutoCAD & Rhino) Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) Interest in construction and materiality Strong visual skills: attention to beauty, utility, design, proportion, color, and form Mature, critical, and professional demeanor Knowledge of sustainability and interest in passive systems Self‑motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively Enjoys problem solving and learning Application Please email a cover letter, resume, and PDF work samples to View email address on click.appcast.io .
