Direct Counsel is representing a prestigious AmLaw firm seeking a junior to midlevel Associate (2–5 years) to join its sophisticated Labor & Employment practice in San Francisco or Silicon Valley.
Location : San Francisco | Silicon Valley
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with employment law or litigation experience to work on high-level counseling, investigations, and employment litigation matters within a nationally recognized practice.
Responsibilities- Advise employers on a broad range of labor and employment matters
- Handle:
- Employment counseling
- Single-plaintiff litigation
- Class and collective action litigation
- Workplace investigations
- Draft motions, pleadings, and employment-related agreements and policies
- Collaborate with clients and legal teams on complex employment disputes and compliance matters
- 2–5 years of large law firm experience
- Background in:
- Employment law
- General litigation
- Labor & employment disputes
- Experience with employment counseling and investigations preferred
- Excellent academic credentials and strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Active California Bar membership required
Expected salary range in California: $225,000 – $435,000 , depending on experience, qualifications, and market factors.
